2018 Team Tryout #1

  • Please wear comfortable athletic wear and sneakers or cleats.
  • Make sure to bring your health insurance card--you are required to have health insurance to play.
  • The fee to tryout is $35 (you only have to pay once) and is payable via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.
  • Please print and sign the attached registration form and waiver. If you are unable to print these out there will be copies available at tryouts.
